Appointments are required. Private patients are also welcome and will be charged $60 per consultaiton. If you need to cancel an appointment with the dietitian or the psychologist, please ensure that it is 24 hours prior to the booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment there is a $30 cancellation fee.
Our qualified dietician will give you dietary advice, an effective program and assist you with the management of diet and nutrition, which is critical to your overall health and well-being. If you have any concern about your weight and feel unhappy about it, please come and talk to our doctors at Chullora Medical. Please ensure you see our doctor to obtain a referral and Care Plan. You may be eligible for a bulk-billing scheme. Private patients are also welcome. Appointments with our dietitian is necessary. Our specialist consultant gastroenterologist / hepatologist can provide a comprehensive approach to your gastrointestinal needs. We provide expertise including the following: See your GP to obtain a referral. Services are bulk billed for Medicare card holders. Private patients are also welcome. The consultations and follow up are bulk billed. The procedures are performed at Healthwood Specialist Centre (53 Cowper St, Granville). There will be no fees for privately insured patients apart from insurance excess payable for insurance. As for uninsured patients, the day surgery fees are $400 for Gastroscopy; $450 for conoloscopy; and $650 for Gastroscopy and colonscopy if done together. The consultations and anaesthetic fees are all bulk billed. For aged pensioners with no insurance, a deduction of $50 of the fee us applied. Appointments are required. You may want to see a podiatrist for advice and treatment if you have injured your foot, or if you have painfal feet or toenails, thickened or discoloured toenails, cracks or cuts in the skin, abnormal bumps, lumps or growth, warts, scaling or peeling on the soles or any other foot related problems. Our podiatrists can provide comprehensive podiatry service to patients with foot conditions that includes but no limited to: No referrals are required for private patients. The fee is $60 per consultation. See your GP to obtain a referral and Mental Health Care Plan. Services are bulk billed for Medicare card holders. Private patients are also welcome: Our physiotherapist treat people with physical conditions which may have been caused by injury, disability, or illness. Referrals and Healthcare Rebates No referrals are required for private patients. If you have a private health fund, you may be able to claim your rebate on site through HICAPS. However, a referral will be required for DVA, worker's compensation and third party patients. Some patients may be elligible for a bulk billing scheme. A GP's referral and care plan is required in order to claim this Medicare rebate. Chullora provides onsite specimen collection as well as visiting services to hospitals.
